We stand at the precarious edge of one of the most challenging times in human history,
and the need for conscious leadership has never been greater. The world economic crisis threatens to create conflict between religions, nations and civilizations. In business circles, leaders need to be able to complement the triple bottom line (people, planet and profit) with a fourth bottom line: conscious leadership.
Becoming a Leader-Sage is a talk, and practical workshop which outlines an approach to leadership that teaches the leaders of tomorrow how to use intuitive mental abilities to create a better world. The goal of Becoming a Leader-Sage is to develop wise and responsible leaders for the 21st century.
Topics to be analyzed and discussed
What key trends will affect the leaders over the next ten-to-twenty years?
How human intelligence is changing in the twenty-first century, and why it is not enough to meet the requirements of preferable human futures? What leaders can do to enhance their intuitive intelligence?
How leaders can tap into a greater intelligence to create desirable human futures?
Bio: Mr. Anthony grew up in Australia, he is an author, futurist and the Director of MindFutures (Hong Kong), an organization which is focused upon expanding the understanding of human intelligence and the nature of consciousness, while creating preferred human futures. An elected member of the World Futures Studies Federation and the Darwin Project Council, he has worked with many of the leading futurists, academics, philosophers and scientists of our time.
Education: Mr. Anthony received his PhD in Policy Studies from Australia’s University of the Sunshine Coast, where he researched the potential applications of Integrated Intelligence on the modern knowledge economy.
